THE MULTI NATIONS PARTY (MNP)
INTRODUCTION
The MNP is a new political party and with this party dawns a new future for South Africa, for it will put the country on route for his final political dispensation with the Registration of the Traditional Nations of South Africa as Semi-sovereign, with each Nation in its own guaranteed Homeland/Domain and with the allocation of a Registered property for every RSA citizen not in possession of property and with work for all.
The MNP will take part in the next General Election with the goal to gain a majority vote.
The MNP is fundamentally nationalistic, democratic and capitalistic and rejects communism and the ANC with his destruction of South Africa with his unworkable doctrines.
The MNP has provisionally Registered 13 Nations to take part in the next General Election under the name of the MNP – thus in effect a super coalition party..
Vacancies for the leaders and management of these Nations must now urgently be filled and their offices country wide be activated to recruit voters and to get their names Registered on their own Nations’ data bases. These data bases will serve to Register Property on the names of the respective Nations’ peoples and to provide all of them with work.
NATION DOMAINS
Under a MNP Government all existing Registered Properties will, together with their owners, be transferred into a Data Base in order to be used for the transfer of each property, together with the owner, to a new Nation Domain of choice. Thereafter the Nations’ Domains will be guaranteed by the Constitution with no further estrangements.
Thus: All existing properties, urban and rural (flats, shops, business plants, plots and farms) together with their owners, will become part of the Registered Domain of the selected Nation and all Registered RSA citizens, not in possession of any property, will become Registered/Co-registered property owners. For example: Micro Properties will be Registered on the names of the occupiers of informal settlements and flats on their existing place of occupation with the option of the owners to sell, rent (with option to buy) or grant it to the occupiers. Similar options will also apply on the planned rural Mini-farms – see web:berkwinptyltd.co.za. Individual properties must be identified with the Nation’s emblem.
In cases where properties of the same Nation are adjacent, it can be fenced off as the Nation’s Security Domain with entrance control.
No movement restrictions on public roads will be applicable.
SEMI-SOVEREIGN NATIONS
The MNP acknowledges the existence of different nations in the Republic of South Africa.
The Multi Nations of South Africa will be semi-sovereign and the people remain RSA citizens
The members of a Nation are DNS connected and inspired collectively to achievements of outstanding quality. The present one-nation-one-country concept of the Communist indoctrinated ANC government is, except for the other well-known big mistakes, a real catastrophic mistake for the country with his wide diversity of cultures.
Neither does the Western democratic party political system, with or without a coalition type of government, present a solution for South Africa’s multi nationalism.
South Africa was forced from his correct destination by the untimely murder of the brilliant Dr H F Verwoerd and the intensification of the perspectiveless antagonism against Apartheid. If the ANC had rather listened to Oliver Tambo’s advice of negotiation instead of Nelson Mandela’s for armed terrorism, South Africa would have been on a road of prosperity now for more than 50 years. Therefore the policy of the MNP is based on the old National Party’s goal of multi nationalism to establish a peace-loving group of democratic Nations in South Africa, comparable with the British Commonwealth, based on good neighbourship and consequently the MNP will uphold the principles of the previous National Party government to re-institute family -, nation – and race proudness and to provide everybody with work and property security and a guaranteed future.
The sovereign multi-nation state of the RSA will thus consist of several semi-sovereign nations, each with its own fractured land, with their inhabitants registered RSA citizens and with their democratic rights exercised within each nation, with equal representation of each nation’s majority party in a RSA Parliament (without an official opposition and with decision making according to the majority vote) and with a Security Council with Veto Rights – thus a political system in the RSA that is in line with world policies and with the United Nations organization.
It is thus clear that this is by far not the reinstitution of “petty” Apartheid, but the implementing of Apartheid to its destination..
The electorate will unseat the ANC government in a free and just election, because it is clear that he cannot save the country and that the fulfillment of the Multi Nations policy of the MNP is the only way out from the current mess in the country.
Except for the present political and property systems and the abolishment of the Provinces, nothing will basically change from the present structures of administration, tax, finance, municipalities, transport, defense, the police, water and electricity and so forth in the new dispensation. Only A-political administration systems, for example education, for the Semi-sovereign Nations, based on the principles of the Provincial Administration Councils of the previous dispensation, will be implemented. Thus the lost future of the present uprooted SA Nations will be re-instituted and the ideal of a “United Nations of South Africa” will materialize.
But, except for the rhetoric mentioned existing problems with the present government, a dilemma, almost overseen and which has rendered the country almost ungovernable, is the uncontrolled population growth. This catastrophe must be stopped. It is stimulated by the present one-nation-one-state democratic party political system with its dominating suppression of minorities by the majority. The alternative for this is in the multi nation concept with equal status for each Semi-sovereign Nation, regardless of the numerical factor and where the leaders of each Nation accept full responsibility for their people in their own Registered Domain and without bilateral hostilities.
The National Assembly with at least 3 seats for each Nation with proportional allocation of seats thereafter and a selected Senate with the State President as the Head of State is planned to govern the country.

All the Provincial, Municipal and Satellite Offices must open their own bank accounts, preferably also at FNB. This could amount to 100 Offices or more to be established for some of the Nations. The Registration of the mentioned offices and their personnel must be done on Excel Data Bases (#see Appendix A).
The personnel in each office must at least consist of the following, with a recommended monthly compensation and dependent on income generated: Political Leader / Manager (R5000,00), Deputy Political Leader / Assistant Manager: Finance, Marketing, Property and Work Allocation (R4000,00 and an Assistant Manager: Personnel, Excel Data Base and Recruiting (R4000,00). Satellite Offices are responsible for the recruiting of and Registration of the Nation Members on the Internal Excel Data base of the Office (see Appedix A) and also for the completion of Registered voters on Appendix B which is required for the Registration of the MNP to qualify for the election as a new political party. Additional photo copies of this form must be made, because the particulars and signatures of at least 15000 (or more) Registered voters are required for the Registration of a new party. The completed lists must be kept safely by the Satellite offices until it must be sent on request to the MNP Head Office.
– The Membership fee, not compulsory, is R20,00 (or voluntary more) per Member per month. The money must be deposited at a convenient ATM in the bank account of the appropriate Satellite Office. The ID number and the first 5 letters of Member’s surname and the cell phone number must be typed in on the bank deposit slip. These particulars must be given beforehand in writing to the Member and also the assurance that all Registered Members of the Nation with no property, will receive a property and work. The ATM deposit slips must be kept safely to serve as proof of the payments made.
– The income received from membership fees will be used by Satellite Offices for personnel salaries and other expenses, including to allocate work and the marketing of the products (see also Micro Farms underneath)
– The goal must be for every Satellite Office to recruit 5000 Members or more.
– After the receipt of the bank’s notice of a Member’s deposit made, the Office Excel Data Base (Appendix A) must be updated accordingly.
Any Registered Voter, who was not contacted by a Nation Representative can also apply for Registration as a Member of any of the above mentioned Registered Nations by making a deposit of R20,00 (or voluntary more) at an FNB ATM in the FNB account no 63064961874 of Berkwin (Pty) Ltd,the MNP’s contracted Service Provider. The first 3 letters of the above mentioned Nation’s name, the Applicant’s ID no and surname (only first 3 letters) as well as the cell phone no (in total 29 characters) must be made as references on the bank deposit slip. Berkwin will then send the information to the Nation’s Head Office.
20% of the total monthly income of all Satellite Offices must be paid into the bank accounts of their Supervising Municipal Offices. These deposits are required for personnel salaries and other expenses of the Municipal Offices. Municipal Offices must also pay 20% of their total monthly income into the bank accounts of their respective Supervising Provincial Offices, also to be used to cover salaries and other expenses. The Nation’s Provincial Offices must also pay 20% of their total monthly income into the bank account of their Nations’ Head Offices, also to be used for salaries and other expenses for the Nation. MICRO FARMS
After the Registration of Members, the Party Offices must continue with assistance for work appointments for the Members. This can be done in any way, but especially by the establishment of Micro Farms consisting of packets of 40, preferably adjacent, residential stands in cities and towns. Contact with owners can be made by the use of gate stickers (see Annexure A underneath). A contract with the respective owners (see Annexure B underneath) must then be drawn up for vegetable cultivation on a selected area in the garden of at least 8 meters by 8 meters or 64 square meters for 2 Registered Members of the Party, preferably man and wife with a family or who are in a relationship, as workers. The products are for use by the workers, but excessive produce can be sold at any agreed price. The Party Office must manage the production and marketing, for example with informal street selling.
